Obayashi USA, LLC was established in 2001 to serve as the holding company for Obayashi Corporation's subsidiaries in the U.S.

OC Real Estate Management, LLC (OCREM) was established in 1994 to manage its own and Obayashi Corporation's real estate assets in the U. S.

Obayashi Energy Construction, LLC was established in 2011 to provide energy companies with various construction services in the U.S.

Webcor Builders which was established in 1971, joined Obayashi group in 2007. Consistently ranked among ENR's Top 100 General Contractors, Webcor Builders specializes in several product types throughout the Western United States including office buildings, shopping malls, hotels, high-rise condominiums and hospitals.

J. E. Roberts-Obayashi Corporation was established in 1978 as a joint partnership between James E. Roberts Company, a local company, and Obayashi Corporation. The company has become one of the most respected builders of multi-family housing, hotels, and commercial structures in Northern California. James E. Roberts Company was originally founded in 1932 as Moore & Roberts Partnership.

JS Builders, LLC is a general contractor in the East and South Bay Area specializing in multi-family residential projects. In 2012, the company joined Obayashi group.

E.W. Howell Co., LLC was originally founded in 1891 and joined Obayashi Corporation in 1989. With offices in Manhattan and Long Island, E.W. Howell is one of the most prominent construction firms in New York. They provides construction services throughout the region to a diverse group of clients including retail, education, government, cultural and healthcare organizations.

Kraemer North America, LLC is headquartered in Plain, Wisconsin with regional offices in Minnesota and Colorado. Obayashi Canada Holdings, Ltd. was established in 2011 to serve as the holding company for Obayashi Corporation's subsidiaries in Canada.

Obayashi Canada Ltd. was established in 2011 to direct and support Obayashi's construction business activities in Canada.

Kenaidan Contracting Ltd. provides general contracting, design/build, construction management and pre-construction services to all sectors of the business world. Since its founding in 1974, the firm placed its signature on a wide variety of projects including: corporate offices, health service facilities, entertainment complexes, bridges, parking garages, water and wastewater treatment plants, educational, industrial, high-rise residential buildings, and transportation facilities. Kenaiden joined Obayashi group in 2011.
